The city of Janesville will be resurfacing several residential streets on the east side of town Monday through Wednesday.
Affected streets include Green Forest Run, Morningside Drive, Laramie Lane and Canyon Drive.
No parking signs will be posted while crews are working. Drivers are encouraged to use alternate routes or reduce speeds when driving through work zones.
These resurfacing projects will affect a handful of Janesville Transit bus routes, including the Milwaukee Street and Nightside East routes.
Other upcoming road work will close Main Street between Centerway and Milwaukee Street downtown Monday through Friday next week, then Garfield Avenue where it intersects with Centerway and Milwaukee Street will be closed starting next Friday, May 23, through June 13.
All these closures will affect Janesville Transit bus routes. Anyone with bus questions should call 608-755-3150.
