A Beloit man who prosecutors say continued to victimize children after being investigated for sexual assault in 2016 waives his right to a preliminary hearing in Rock County Court.
45-year-old Cason Lee is charged with repeated sexual assault of a child, child enticement, two counts of incest, and two counts of second-degree sexual assault of a child.
According to the criminal complaint, Lee sexually assaulted at least two of his daughters on multiple occasions. He’s also accused of sexually assaulting one of his children’s friends.
Lee is currently being held in the Rock County Jail on a $100,000 cash bond. He’s due back in Rock County Court for an arraignment on May 23rd.
