A 41-year-old Beloit man is accused of having sex with a teenager and hacking her social media to get explicit photographs, which he sent to her new boyfriend’s child. Andrew Fry is charged in Rock County Court sexual intercourse with a child, child enticement, exposing genitals to a child, and posting images of a person less than 18 years old without consent. According to the criminal complaint, Fry’s ex-girlfriend reported that he had sex with her when she was 17. Prosecutors say Fry also sent nude photos from when the victim was underage to her current boyfriend’s child. The victim says that she did not send these photos to Fry and that he obtained them by accessing her social media accounts without her consent. Fry admitted to having sex with the woman before she was 18 and stated that he obtained the nude photos through her old cell phone. Fry made his initial appearance in Rock County Court last week where cash bond was set at $500.
