Cash bond is set at $750 for a 35-year-old Beloit woman who faces a hit-and-run charge after a crash on the 2600 Block of Colley Road on Friday.  Prosecutors say Amber Harris and multiple passengers fled the scene of the crash and left an injured passenger in the car.  A Beloit police officer reported the vehicle was on its passenger side with the keys still in the ignition, but the driver was not on the scene.  A passenger told officers that Harris was traveling too fast and drove the vehicle off the road.  Officers found Harris exiting a wooded area, soaking wet near Turtle Creek, where she told officers that she lost control of her vehicle and fled the scene because she was scared.  The injured passenger was taken to Beloit Memorial Hospital and doctors there told officers he likely suffered a broken wrist.
