The Rock County Sheriff’s Office is making the public aware of a of convicted sex offender who is moving in to the community.
58-year-old Dennis O. Degenhardt is relocating to Rock Valley Community Programs at 203 West Sunny Lane in Janesville on September 27th.
Degenhardt was convicted of third degree sexual conduct in 1994 and second degree sexual assault of an intoxicated victim in 2009.
While living in Janesville Degenhardt is not allowed to have unsupervised contact with minors, he’s not allowed to consume drugs or alcohol, and must comply with standard sex offender rules.
