The 28-year-old Janesville man accused of impregnating a 14-year-old girl in 2015, when he was 20 years old, is bound over for trial.
Tuesday morning, Alvino Rogers Allen waived his right to a preliminary hearing on a charge of second-degree sexual assault of a child.
DNA taken from the fetus in 2015 was linked to Rogers Allen by the state DNA data bank in December 2023.
Rogers Allen is due back in court for his arraignment May 2.
He’s currently free on a $5,000 cash bond.
