There will be a new face on the Beloit School Board after challenger Tom Hankins beat out incumbent Sean Leavy Tuesday night.
Tia Johnson was the highest vote getter with an unofficial 3,255 ballots cast in her favor.
In second was Tom Hankins with a total of 2,886 votes.
With just 1,809 votes, Leavy was not able to retain his seat on the Beloit School Board.
