An Illinois man dies when the motorcycle he was driving crashed in southeastern Walworth County on Saturday.
The Walworth County Sheriff’s Office says 57-year-old Timothy Adkins of McHenry, Illinois, was pronounced dead at the scene on South Road, just north of Highway 50.
Emergency responders were called to the scene at shortly after 3:00 in the afternoon.
Preliminary investigation suggests Adkins was driving south on South Road and lost control on a curve, striking another southbound motorcycle.
The driver of the second motorcycle and his passenger were not injured.
The crash remains under investigation.
