Two teen-agers are facing charges after a non-fatal shooting of another juvenile in Beloit. Police say a 15-year-old boy has been arrested on a charge of attempted first-degree intentional homicide, and 17-year-old Giselle A. Janisch has been arrested for attempted first-degree intentional homicide as a party to the crime. Police say the shooting happened April 30th in the 1500 block of Porter Avenue.
