Beloit Police apparently used a chemical agent to get a 21-year-old man who was wanted out of Illinois to come out of a house on Shopiere Road Monday night.
James Pulliam III made his initial appearance before Court Commissioner Jack Hoag Tuesday for an extradition warrant for failure to register as a sex offender as well as new Rock County charges of of disorderly conduct and two counts of obstructing an officer.
Court Commissioner Jack Hoag set cash bond at $10,000 on the extradition case but gave him a signature bond for his new Rock county charges.
Beloit Police first responded to a report of a man making suspicious movements with a gun near Casey’s General Store on Cranston Road. Officers chased Pulliam to a nearby home where he was eventually taken into custody.
Pulliam is due back in Rock County Court on September 24th.
