A 24-year-old former Beloit man takes a plea deal in a child pornography case
According to online court records, Lucas Henson of Madison plead guilty Thursday to a single count of possession of child pornography. Two additional child pornography charges were dismissed but read into the record.
Judge John Wood sentenced Henson to four years in prison and five years of extended supervision.
According to the criminal complaint Henson filmed himself having sex with a teenage girl.
In 2021 Henson plead guilty in Dane County Court to publishing or posting a private representation without consent with a victim less than 18-years-old.
In addition to the prison time, Henson will be required to register as a sex offender for 15 years.
