A rural Rock County man faces a raft of drug and weapons charges after an arrest made (Thursday) morning.
61-year-old Kenneth Aube is charged with possession with intent to deliver a Schedule 2 narcotic, possession of a controlled substance, possession of a short-barreled shotgun, possession of a prescription medication without a prescription and maintaining a residence for drug trafficking.
With the help of Beloit police and the Town of Beloit Fire Department, a Rock County Sheriff’s Office SWAT team arrested Aube after conducting a warranted search at a home in the 800 block of West Baxterood Lane in the town of Rock, just south of the Southern Wisconsin Regional Airport.
The warrant was the result of a narcotics investigation by the sheriff’s office’s Special Investigations Unit.
Aube received a $500 signature bond in Rock County Court on (Friday) afternoon.
