Parking is becoming a precious commodity in downtown Janesville. Not because of increased business, or loss of the parking plaza over the river, but because of all the recent snow. The City of Janesville plans to help out by removing some of the big piles beginning at 10:00 p.m Monday. City officials are asking drivers to refrain from parking in on-street stalls during the operation. Snow removal may need to continue Tuesday night.
