A man is accused of assaulting an employee at an assisted living facility in the village of Footville.  Prosecutors say on December 9th, a maintenance person at Prairie View Manor Assisted Living Facility reported to another staff member that 65-year-old Randy Boeck of Browntown was screaming at a resident in front of the facility.  The employee asked Boeck what was going on.  The defendant got very upset and threw a wheelchair in the back of his vehicle and slammed the car door.  During the incident, Boeck grabbed the employee by both arms and tried to physically push her out of the way.  He then got in his vehicle and drove away with the passenger side door still open, and the resident in the passenger seat.  A deputy observed visible red marks on the staffer’s arms.  Boeck is charged with bodily harm to a worker in a health care facility and disorderly conduct.
