A longtime volunteer for RSVP of Rock County is receiving recognition from Governor Evers’ office. Judy Wightman was honored last week as an AmeriCorps Seniors Lifetime Impact Volunteer with over 20 years of service. Wightman was very surprised to receive the award, adding that RSVP is doing necessary work. RSVP assists hundreds of Rock County residents ages 55 and older who are in need of transportation assistance. Wightman has performed many roles while volunteering at the RSVP of Rock County office, including matching drivers with individuals who need rides.
