The City of Beloit Parks & Recreation department is giving children a chance to get out and play this summer.
Beloit Communications Director Sarah Lock says the city’s summer playground program begins June 16th and runs through August 15th. It takes place Monday through Friday from 1 to 4 p.m. Children can enjoy games, activities and crafts.
Lock says the program has been moved to Regina Dunkin Park this year due to shelter renovations at its previous location, Vernon Park. Registration is required for the summer playground program.
