A county-wide search conducted overnight Wednesday by the Rock County Homeless Intervention Task Force finds three people living on the street.
ECHO Executive Director Jessica Locher says including those in shelters, Rock County typically has between 300 and 400 homeless people on any given day.
Lochner says a similar count conducted last winter found nobody living on the streets, while the count conducted in the winter of 2015 found five people.
Volunteers go out twice a year in summer and winter do do a hand count of those living on the streets.
