House Speaker Paul Ryan of Janesville may have some competition next year in the Republican Primary for his First Congressional District seat. Political rival Paul Nehlen says he’s mulling over a second challenge, citing what he describes as Ryan’s disastrous leadership. Ryan won the Republican primary last August with 84% of the vote. Nehlen says Ryan’s bill to replace the Affordable Care Act simply amends Obamacare. The manufacturing executive from Delavan says anything short of a full repeal should be dead on arrival. Nehlen may have an uphill battle in a primary campaign. Ryan’s last report to the Federal Election Commission showed $9 million dollars cash on hand. Nehlen’s last report showed less than $50,000.
