Wisconsin still appears to be king when it comes to cheese making. Decatur Dairy in Brodhead President Steve Stettler says more than half of the winners in the more than 100 categories at the U.S. Cheese Championships this week are from Wisconsin. Stettler was happy to add to that winning total with a best in class finish for Decatur Dairy’s Flavored Havarti. Several of the cheese makers in Monroe also captured top honors for some of their specialties.
