Parkview School District asks voters to approves another 3-year $350,000 operational referendum

vote-2

Officials with the Parkview School District turn to voters to extend the life of a three-year $350,000 operational referendum approved in 2014.
Superintendent Steve Lutzke says as the revenue coming from the State hasn’t increased, voters are being asked on April 4th to extend that operational referendum another three years.
Lutzke says if voters approve the referendum, taxes would stay the same. If they vote it down, taxes would go down about $88 a year for the average homeowner.
The district is holding an informational meeting on the referendum at 6:30 Thursday evening at Parkview Elementary School.
