We’re learning more about how police found wanted fugitive Joseph Jakubowski of Janesville. Authorities Thursday released the 911 call from the Vernon County property owner who, last week Thursday, called to report a man appeared to be camping on his land. As we know now, authorities closed in overnight, and arrested the man wanted for a gun store burglary in Janesville April 4th, and suspected of sending an anti-government manifesto to the president.
