(Gazette photo) A cooking spices retailer is planning to open a new store in Janesville later this month. Wisconsin-based Penzeys Spices says it plans to open its store in the Creston Park Mall. For the past few weeks, the Penzeys sign has been up at a storefront in the mall, and construction crews have been working inside. Penzeys was founded in Milwaukee and has 60 stores nationwide, including 10 in Wisconsin. Penzeys will be located between spaces now housing Office Max and Jo-Ann Fabrics and Crafts.
