The Wisconsin Election Commission is working to clean up voter registration. Rock County Clerk Lisa Tollefson says postcards are being sent to registered voters who haven’t been to the polls since the 2012 presidential election. Tollefson says anyone wishing to remain registered simply need to mail a return postcard to their municipal clerk. Some 380,000 such postcards are being mailed out.
