A 35-year-old Janesville man is dead following a single vehicle accident Tuesday morning in the town of Rock.
The Rock County Sheriff’s Office says deputies responded to the crash on West State Highway 11 just east of Kessler Road just after 11:00 a.m.
First responders found that a Buick Lucerne had left the roadway and struck a tree.
The driver of the Buick had to be extricated from the vehicle and he was transported to a local hospital where he was pronounced dead.
The accident remains under investigation.
