A 36-year-old Janesville man is facing a charge of 4th Offense Operating While Intoxicated. Janesville police say they were called to a hit and run accident about 10:30 Monday night at the intersection of Racine and Park Streets. They found a suspect a short time later parked in the 400 block of Wilson Avenue. They also arrested Ladell Ty Herron on charges of Operating a Motor Vehicle after Revocation, and Operating a Motor Vehicle without Insurance.
