A Rock County Deputy reports seeing a 46-year-old Madison man driving down the middle of the northbound lanes on the Interstate about 1:30 Friday morning. The deputy initiated a traffic stop near Highway 11 and says Elvis M. Prado smelled of intoxicants. After a field sobriety test, the deputy arrested Prado on charges including 5th Offense Operating While Intoxicated. Prado was also cited for Operating after Revocation, Unsafe Lane Deviation, and Open Intoxicants.
