Town of Beloit Police say they may have been able to remove at least one supplier of deadly heroin off the street. Sergeant Laura Palmer says two heroin overdose cases in less than 36-hours lead them to a suspect. Palmer says the Town of Beloit, Beloit, and Janesville police, along with the Rock County Sheriff’s Office worked together in an investigation which led to the arrest of 27-year-old Sheadrick A. Williams on Suspicion of Distributing Heroin.
