Beloit police say the suspect, in a armed robbery on the city’s west side late Monday night, may have left the gun behind. Police say they found a BB gun at the business in the 19-hundred block of Saint Lawrence Avenue. Officers say an employee was hit with the gun, but didn’t suffer serious injuries. The suspect is described as a black male, about six-feet tall and close to 200 pounds. He was wearing a black hoodie, black pants, and a ski mask.
