A lot has changed in the City of Beloit over the last decade.
Planning and Building Services Director Drew Pennington says as a result an upcoming update of the comprehensive plan will focus on housing.
The steering committee tasked by the City Council will meet for the first time November 15th.
Pennington says the plan to hold bi-weekly public meetings until the updated comprehensive plan is adopted in the spring.
