A 51-year-old Janesville woman is facing a charge of Operating While Intoxicated Sixth Offense after a weekend traffic stop. Lora L. Hummell was arrested a little after midnight Friday. Police say they stopped Hummell near South Washington Street and West Delavan Drive. Officers say Hummell showed signs of intoxication and had an open beer in the vehicle. Hummell was also cited for Operating After Revocation.
