The quality of local education appears very important to the Milton Area Chamber of Commerce. Director Dani Stivarius says the quality of education has an impact on the type of businesses and workers choosing to settle in a community. Stivarius says education’s impact is one reason the chamber’s Business Advocacy Committee is hosting a school board forum Thursday night at 6:00 o’clock in the city hall. Stivarius says this year is unique because of the need for a primary with eight candidates running for three seats.
