The Rock County Medical Examiner is releasing the name of the victim in last Wednesday’s single vehicle fatal traffic crash on Highway 104 just north of Atkinson Road. The Rock County Sheriff’s Office says 66-year-old William A. Dingledine of Monroe was killed when his car went in the ditch and hit a limestone wall, coming to rest on its passenger side. Investigators say Dingledine was not wearing a seatbelt, and was ejected during the crash. He was pronounced dead at the scene.
