The Clinton Public Library is in the process of raising money to tackle some space needs, and the owner of a local landmark hopes to help. Mark Madson says he’s gotten plenty of attention over the last 24-years since putting a ’59 Chevy pick-up 30-feet up a tree near his business. Madson is putting a one-to-24 scale model of the sight on display Monday night from 5:30 til 8:30 as part of a library foundation’s fundraiser at the Butterfly Club in Beloit.
