Janesville police arrest a father and son after a report of a domestic disturbance, during which police say the son was armed with a long gun. Police say they arrested 24-year-old William F. Starks Jr. Tuesday night on a charge of disorderly conduct while armed after a domestic incident at a home in the 800 block of Walker Street. Police also arrested 53-year-old William F. Starks Senior on a charge of disorderly conduct in a domestic incident. Officers say when they responded about 6:20 in the evening, residents reported the armed subject had already left. A short time later, police say he turned himself in.
