Lieutenant Governor Rebecca Kleefisch helps deliver $250 thousand in state grants to aid construction of a new building on the burned out site of the old Night Owl Food and Spirits on Main Street in Evansville. During ground breaking ceremonies Tuesday morning, Kleefisch likened the recovery project to the legend of the Phoenix. Developer Dave Olsen says the goal is to construct a mixed-use building to be known as The Centenial. Construction will begin almost immediately with completion planned by the end of the year.
