A second trial, in an almost two-decades old sexual assault case, will have to wait a little longer. Rock County Judge Karl Hanson Thursday morning approved a request by 54-year-old Kelly L. Baxter’s attorney for a continuance, until new DNA evidence from the prosecution could be reviewed. Baxter is accused of assaulting a 78-year-old Janesville woman in her home. Only last year was the state Crime Lab able to compare DNA evidence. The case ended in a mistrial earlier this year. A second trail had been scheduled to start Monday. No new date has been set
