A 20-year-old Janesville man is facing a variety of charges after a domestic disturbance overnight. Janesville police say they were called to a residence in the 1400 block of West Memorial Drive about 12:30 a.m. Tuesday for a report of a woman screaming for help. Officers determined this was a domestic incident where a man had battered a woman. Police say they found the suspect’s car and almost six-pounds of marijuana along with two guns. Officials say Aristide Serrano was arrested on charges including Battery Domestic Violence, Operating While Intoxicated, Possession with Intent to Deliver, and Caring a Concealed Weapon.
