Members of the Rock County Sheriff’s Office take their relationship with Special Olympics seriously, and the annual Torch Run is no different. Sergeant Troy Egger tells Your Talk Show on WCLO this year’s leg of the Law Enforcement Torch Run will be held starting at 10:00 a.m.Wednesday from the sheriff’s office down highway 14 east to Milton Avenue and Jimmy John’s in Janesville. Egger says the the run is intended to raise funds and awareness for the Special Olympics of Wisconsin.
