The Janesville Plan Commission takes their first look at a new development that could take a bite out of the current shortage of single family and rental homes in the city.
Associate Planner Brian Schweigl says the developer of the Redwood Terrace First Addition is proposing 18 single family residential home lots, and two duplex lots.
Schweigl says the 7.5 acre site is located in the area west of South Terrace Street and south of West Burbank Avenue.
The Plan Commission meets at 6:00 Monday evening at the Central Fire Station in Janesville.
