A dump truck versus pickup truck accident blocks Highway 14 in both directions near Emerald Grove.
The Wisconsin Department of Transportation reports the crash happened just before 9:30 Thursday morning near the intersection with Highway 140.
The accident was expected to take about two hours to clear.
