The latest sales figures from the Wisconsin Realtors Association indicate homes are spending less time on the market. Rock-Green Realtors Association President Ben Schult says year-to-date, the number of sales have declined more than 7%, but the median sales price has jumped almost 12% to about $155 thousand. Schult sees a light at the end of the tunnel saying more homes appear to be coming on the market.
