Janesville School District administrators are reviewing the results of the latest state test scores. Director of Learning and Innovation Allison DeGraaf admits the district’s scores for the ACT, typically given to high school juniors, did decline and are below state averages. DeGraaf points out the state averages also declines. She adds test score results from some core areas in the lower grades improved. She says school officials continue to review the results and adjust their instructional approach accordingly.
