National Fire Prevention Week runs through October 13th.
Beloit Fire Department Acting Lieutenant Jeremy Flanagan says this year’s theme is “Look. Listen. Be aware. Fire can happen anywhere.”
Flanagan says this week firefighters will be raising money to support one of their biggest education tools, the Survive Alive House.
A fundraiser will take place from 4:00 until 8:00 p.m. Thursday at the Beloit Pizza Hut.
