The State Division of Community Corrections says a Janesville sex offender will be relocated to a home on the city’s west side later this month. 24-year-old Antwonn R. Simmons is scheduled to move into 118 North Terrace Street on November 27th. Simmons was convicted of second-degree sexual assault of a child in 2014 and third-degree sexual assault in 2015. Both crimes occurred in Rock County. Conditions of his supervision include no activities in the community without prior approval, no patronizing of bars or use of drugs, and GPS monitoring.
