A renovation project on a local college campus garners top honors at the World Architecture Festival. Beloit College Chief of Staff Dan Schoof says the Powerhouse project was intended to be among the best in higher education in identifying economic and society challenges of the future. The $38 million renovation will result in an integrated student union, recreation, and athletic facility along the river. A opening is scheduled for next fall.
