A Madison man is arrested in Rock County for his sixth-offense OWI.
According to a news release, 32-year-old Michael Muldoon swerved off the road on County Highway K and was stuck in a yard when Rock County Sheriff’s Deputies arrived late Tuesday morning.
Police say Muldoon displayed signs of intoxication, and he was also cited for operating with a revoked license, operating without insurance and possession of THC.
Court records indicate his last OWI took place in 2013.
