A 52-year-old man is under arrest on several felony warrants after a nearly three hour long standoff with law enforcement in the town of Beloit.
Town of Beloit Police say officers were dispatched to a verbal altercation between neighbors around 1:15 Tuesday afternoon on the 1900 block of Dewey Avenue.
During the investigation officers learned that one of the subjects, Walter M. Kolak had three felony warrants for his arrest in Colorado for failure to appear, menacing, and weapons possession.
Kolak retreated into an RV in the backyard and refused to cooperate with law enforcement who eventually set up a perimeter.
Kolak eventually exited the trailer and was arrested without custody just after 4:00 p.m.
