A Clinton teenager is charged with taking a photograph of a student with autism while he used the bathroom.
According to a criminal complaint, 17-year-old Josue E. Espinoza used Snapchat to post a picture of the other boy with his pants pulled down while using the urinal at Clinton High School last week.
Espinoza is also accused in the complaint of making Facebook threats to the person who told on him.
The 17-year-old faces charges of capturing an intimate representation without consent, disorderly conduct and intimidation of a witness.
A signature bond of $4,000 was set during his initial appearance in Rock County Court Monday.
Court records show conditions of his bond include no social media use and a curfew.
