The School District of Janesville announces two expulsions within the last month.
Those bring the school year total up to seven, an increase of one from the previous term.
A high school student was found to have assaulted another student on school grounds, which was also in violation of his pre-expulsion order.
That student is expelled from the district until age 21, with no possibility of early reinstatement.
The other expulsion, a middle school student, is eligible for reinstatement for the 2020-2021 school year if he meets a long list of conditions.
This student was kicked out for inappropriate use of technology while in school which harassed and endangered the health and safety of another student.
