Arrest made in town of Turtle homicide

A 28-year-old Beloit man is under arrest in connection with a January 8th homicide in the town of Turtle.
The Rock County Sheriff’s Office says Marcus Clay was arrested on a charge of first-degree intentional homicide.
Clay turned himself in to his probation agent earlier this month and has been in the county jail on a probation hold since then.
Investigators believe Clay was one of the last people to see Cassini Hill before he was shot around 8:00 p.m. in 1200 block of Colley Road. Hill was found lying in the road, shot several times. He died later at a hospital.
Clay is scheduled to make his first court appearance Monday at 3:00 p.m.
